Job summary

Dorel Juvenile is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to support the IT team in maintaining and improving IT services. You will assist in analyzing system requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the implementation of ITIL practices.

You will work closely with senior analysts and engineers to ensure systems operate efficiently, document configurations, monitor performance, and assist with hardware and software issues as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of ITIL methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Printer and Scanner issue solving experience is a pre.

What we offer

• A salary between 23.000€ and 28.000€ gross annual, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• This is a position for 40 hours per week.
• You are eligible for 15 months every year.
• The option is to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
• The entitlement to annual leave can be up to 26 days, according to internal policy.
