Your mission

Join our IT team as a Junior CRM Analyst to support the configuration, development, and optimization of Sales and Service CRM platforms. You will assist in implementing technical solutions that enhance system functionality and ensure smooth operations for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring CRM modules for Sales and Service processes.
• Support development of workflows, automation rules, and custom objects.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of CRM enhancements.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain data integrity and security compliance within CRM environments.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in CRM or related technical role.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and system configuration.
