Temporary Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor quality of food and service, addressing any issues that may arise
• Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
