The Lakhani Group is launching L Hotel Fátima, with the Restaurant Manager leading all F&B service and supervising the Breakfast Waiters as part of the hotel opening team.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant or F&B management, HACCP knowledge, and fluent Portuguese with good English. Training is provided before opening, and shifts include early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• At least 3 years in restaurant or F&B management, ideally in a hotel.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and Portuguese food safety rules; valid food-handling certificate.
• Experience managing stock, costs and staff rotas.
• Fluent Portuguese and good English.
• Hands-on leader, available for early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Nice to have: hospitality management qualification; large group and buffet experience.
• Paid training before opening.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, schedule and train the Breakfast Waiters and other F&B staff
• Plan menus and buffet offer, including dietary and group requirements
• Manage F&B purchasing, stock, suppliers and cost of sales
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety and ASAE inspections
• Handle group meal bookings for pilgrimage and tour groups with Sales
• Track guest feedback and F&B revenue, and report monthly

About L Hotel Fátima: The Lakhani Group (TLG) is opening L Hotel Fátima on 12 October 2026, and we are building our founding team.

The Restaurant Manager leads all food and beverage service at the hotel, starting with breakfast and group dining, manages the Breakfast Waiters and controls F&B costs. Rotating shifts, including early mornings and weekends. Reports to: Hotel Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily breakfast service and any lunch, dinner, bar or group meal service
• Supervise, schedule and train the Breakfast Waiters and other F&B staff
• Plan menus and buffet offer, including dietary and group requirements
• Manage F&B purchasing, stock, suppliers and cost of sales
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety and ASAE inspections
• Handle group meal bookings for pilgrimage and tour groups with Sales
• Track guest feedback and F&B revenue, and report monthly

Applications are reviewed daily and interviews run on a rolling basis until positions are filled.
