Job summary

L Hotel Fátima, operated by the Lakhani Group (TLG), is opening and building its founding team. We are hiring Room Attendants for full-time roles with weekend shifts; part-time considered. Training is provided before opening, and you will help keep rooms and public areas spotless for arrivals.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will clean rooms, change linens, restock amenities, and uphold hygiene standards, joining a brand-new hotel team from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning valued but not essential.
• Basic Portuguese; other languages welcome.
• Physically fit, careful and able to work to a schedule.
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player.
• Available for weekends and holidays.
• Paid training before opening.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards, on departure and during stays
• Change bed linen and towels, and restock amenities and minibar items
• Clean corridors, lobby and other public areas as assigned
• Report damage, maintenance needs and lost property to the Supervisor
• Keep trolleys, storerooms and equipment clean and organised
• Respect guest privacy and follow hygiene and safety procedures

About L Hotel Fátima: The Lakhani Group (TLG) is opening L Hotel Fátima on 12 October 2026, and we are building our founding team.

Room Attendants keep guest rooms and public areas spotless, comfortable and ready for arrivals. Full training is provided, so this is a good entry point into hospitality. Full-time (part-time considered). Shift: day shift, including weekends. Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor.

Key responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards, on departure and during stays
• Change bed linen and towels, and restock amenities and minibar items
• Clean corridors, lobby and other public areas as assigned
• Report damage, maintenance needs and lost property to the Supervisor
• Keep trolleys, storerooms and equipment clean and organised
• Respect guest privacy and follow hygiene and safety procedures

Applications are reviewed daily and interviews run on a rolling basis until positions are filled.

Requirements
