Zusammenfassung

Lakhani Group's new L Hotel Fátima is assembling its founding housekeeping team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead five Room Attendants, set up standards, and manage daily room and public area cleanliness for a pre-opening hotel.

You will plan rotations, train staff, handle linen and supplies, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with Front Office. Weekend work is required; Portuguese is essential with basic English a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' hotel housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
• Portuguese required; basic English is an advantage
• Strong eye for detail and organisational skills
• Able to lead a small team and solve problems on the spot
• Available for weekends and holidays
• Nice to have: pre-opening experience; familiarity with housekeeping modules in a PMS
• Training before opening
• Join a brand-new hotel team from day on

Aufgaben

• Train, coach and motivate Room Attendants, including pre-opening induction
• Manage linen, amenities and cleaning supplies: stock counts, orders and laundry supplier contact
• Report maintenance issues and follow up until resolved
• Handle lost-and-found and room-related guest requests
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and chemical-handling (HACCP / hygiene) rules
• Applications are reviewed daily and interviews run on a rolling basis until positions are filled

About L Hotel Fátima: The Lakhani Group (TLG) is opening L Hotel Fátima on 12 October 2026, and we are building our founding team.

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads a team of five Room Attendants and owns the cleanliness and presentation of every room and public area. As a pre-opening hire, you will help set up housekeeping standards and routines from day one. Shift: day shift, including weekends. Reports to: Hotel Manager.
