We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Faro Portugal.

As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining a profitable business model.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and supervising staff members
• Scheduling employee shifts and managing payroll
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Monitoring financial performance and making adjustments to improve profitability

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive dining experience for guests
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards
• Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa for working in Portugal.
