Overview

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of our restaurant in Lisbon. You will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team is working efficiently to provide a positive dining experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant.
• Train and supervise staff members, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones.
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant management role preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
