Pestana Hotel Group, the largest Portuguese tourism group, is seeking a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to join the Madeira region team. You will oversee daily F&B operations, ensure high quality scores, and ensure smooth operation between front-of-house and POS systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role, fluent English, a results-driven mindset and strong leadership, guest-focused approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury hotel environment.

• Manage the F&B daily operations.
• Ensure quality scores are achieved.
• Format menu's for outlets and implement menu items into POS machines, ensuring smooth cooperation between users and software.
• Uphold Pestana standards in the restaurant and banquets while attending to guest needs in the restaurant.
• Recruit, train, motivate and coordinate the F&B team.
