SwiftMove Logistics is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for its Funchal, Portugal location. You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, inventory, staff scheduling, and customer satisfaction to ensure top-tier service and profitability.

The role requires at least 3 years in a restaurant management role, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with POS systems and MS Office. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are expected.

Restaurant Manager - Funchal, Portugal

We are in search of an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Funchal, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring quality of service and resolving any issues that may arise
• Train and supervise staff members to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing sanitation standards and following all health codes
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that are both appealing to customers and cost-effective for the business

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems such as POS software, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
