Real Recruitment Solutions is hiring Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representatives in Porto to support a major international online travel agency. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and online chats, resolve routine requests, and provide accurate, friendly information to customers.

The role requires European or Brazilian Portuguese and good English (B2) and offers rotational shifts from 08:00 to 03:00, including weekends, with some remote evening shifts.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience in travel industry is preferred.

We are looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a team supporting customers of one of the largest international online travel agencies.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer support via inbound and outbound calls and online channels.
- Handling routine customer service requests and resolving issues related to products and services.
- Providing accurate information and professional assistance to customers.

Requirements:
- Portuguese – European or Brazilian Portuguese
- Good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred, e.g. travel agencies, airlines or hotels.

Working conditions:
Monday–Sunday, between 08:00 and 03:00, on a rotational shift schedule.
2 rotational days off per week.
The last shift, 18:00–03:00, is worked remotely.

Compensation:
Base salary: €920 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €110 gross/month
