Our client is one of the largest online travel agencies, provides lodging reservation services in over 220 countries and territories, sells flights in 55 markets and tours and activities in more than 1,300 cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.
• Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and services.
