Sedgwick seeks a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure and support Workday and related HR systems. You will help ensure data integrity, security, and efficient business processes across functions while collaborating with international HRIS, HR, IT, and external vendors.

The role emphasizes implementing enhancements, testing, and release readiness, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalable solutions within a fully remote team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years HRIS/Workday experience preferred.
• Hands-on Workday configuration across multiple functional areas.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, support, and improve Workday and Colleague Resources applications.
• Manage Workday configuration across modules and functions.
• Investigate issues, root causes, and provide sustainable solutions.
• Support testing, releases, reporting, integrations, and enhancements.
• Maintain HRIS documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, vendors, and business teams.
