Verisure is seeking a motivated Workday Analyst to join the Global HRIS Centre of Excellence in Madrid. You will learn Workday, HR technology, and AI-driven process optimization while partnering with country teams across Europe and Latin America.

You will collaborate with IT and vendors, document requirements, test changes, and help drive governance, data integrity, and system enhancements. Fluent English and Spanish are required, with additional Portuguese or French a plus.

Qualificações

• 2 years of Workday configuration experience.
• Experience in process mapping and workflow improvement.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Customer focus and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Learn Workday and other HR System configuration skills with mentoring.
• Troubleshoot errors and ensure system stability.
• Document requirements and test system changes.
• Evaluate processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and training for end users.
