CloudRock is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to implement, configure and optimize Workday solutions for customers. You will tailor the system to business needs and promote best practices, working closely with clients to ensure adoption.

The role requires 2+ years of Workday HCM configuration and experience with at least one additional Workday module, plus a degree in a technical or business field and HR experience. The position offers a hybrid work model and travel opportunities.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Experience configuring at least one other Workday module besides Core HCM & Core Compensation.
• Workday Implementer experience with solid understanding of Workday methodology and deliverables.
• Implementing Workday for global companies.
• Degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study.
• Working as an HR Professional.

Responsabilidades

• Configuring Workday modules and building Workday reports under direction from senior resources.
• Clarifying requirements with customers and translating them into Workday solutions.
• Performing unit testing to ensure configurations meet business requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Identifying appropriate system test scenarios.
• Coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines for project delivery.
• Supporting migration of configuration and data and completing related documentation.
• Any other duties reasonably assigned.
