emagine is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to support HR systems initiatives on a flexible, part-time basis. Independent freelancer who can dedicate a few hours per week to Workday configurations, enhancements, issue resolution, and process optimization.

Responsibilities include providing functional support for Workday HCM, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, supporting Absence Management, data loads with EIB, testing, and cross-functional communication with HR and payroll

Qualificações

• Proven Workday Consultant or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Absence Management, and data integration concepts.
• Experience in HR operations and HR systems support.
• Experience with payroll integrations is valued.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support for Workday HCM and related modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain Workday solutions.
• Support Absence Management configurations.
• Assist with data loads using EIB.
• Troubleshoot Workday incidents and enhancements.
• Support integrations between Workday and payroll systems.
• Participate in testing and UAT.
• Advise on Workday best practices and process improvements.
• Provide documentation and user support.
