MLabs Ltd is seeking a Tech Ops Manager to oversee internal systems and infrastructure for a remote-first global team building next-generation core banking platforms. The role reports to the CISO and blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to maintain secure and efficient tooling, manage hardware logistics, vendors, and security compliance across time zones.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in IT management or internal systems administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Admin and Google Workspace security tools.
• Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf) and endpoint security.
• Remote-first operations for distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or equivalent frameworks.
• Full English fluency; French is a plus.
• Exposure to or experience with internal AI tooling integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Workspace & Systems Administration: Manage global Google Workspace and IT solutions.
• Device & Fleet Management: Administer MDM solutions to ensure fleet-wide security and compliance.
• Logistics & Procurement: Oversee vendor relations, software licensing, hardware procurement, and international shipping.
• Lifecycle & Identity Management: Onboarding, access management, offboarding, and 24x7 support across time zones.
• Compliance & Security: Maintain IT docs, playbooks, runbooks for SOC 1/2 and ISO compliance.
• Technical Support & Innovation: Assist international staff and integrate AI tools and MCP connectors.
