A global travel-tech company is seeking an experienced MLOps professional to support its ML teams' infrastructure. The position is full-time and remote, available to candidates in Europe and CIS. Key responsibilities include managing GPU/TPU clusters, optimizing infrastructure, and deploying ML services. Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company whose brands have been operating in over 220 source markets since 2010. We specialize in developing advanced online booking platforms for all types of clients — from individual tourists to travel agents and companies organizing business trips. Our solutions empower hoteliers to effortlessly showcase their accommodations, boosting visibility and attracting a broader audience.

As a MLOps, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ML teams' infrastructure in the product department.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates residing in Europe and CIS.

Responsibilities

• Support for clusters (GPU/TPU), containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Audit and optimization of infrastructure and costs (batch vs. real-time inference, distinguishing hardware versus code issues)
• Setting up monitoring, alerting, and managing hardware resources between users
• Deployment and support of ML services (MLflow, Airflow, CVAT, Doccano) in production
• Configuring CI/CD for ML pipelines and managing the complete ML lifecycle (training > serving)

Requirements

• 4+ years of DevOps experience, 1+ year in MLOps
• Experience with GPU/TPU infrastructure (NVIDIA stack, CUDA)
• Proficiency with Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes; understanding specifics of bare metal servers
• Observability stack: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana
• Experience with ML Serving (Triton/vLLM/analogues)
• Postgres, Redis, Kafka
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Desirable requirements

• Python/Bash scripting
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure/Yandex/Selecte) and Terraform
• Spark/Hadoop
