Visa Hunt is seeking a Global Chief Information Security Officer to design, implement, and scale our information security strategy across regulated markets. You will build security processes from the ground up and lead a distributed remote team, ensuring GDPR, crypto regulation, and governance alignment across Europe.

The role requires proven senior security leadership in FinTech or financial services, plus expertise in audits and certifications like SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and regulatory licensing.

Qualificações

• Must have a proven track record in a senior security leadership role (CISO, Director of Security, or Head of Information Security).
• Strong experience navigating complex information security audits, licenses, and international regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and manage group-wide security processes and frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Define, drive, and execute the global information security roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Build, implement, and optimize security processes, policies, and frameworks across the organization.
• Oversee audits and certifications (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, DORA, MiCA) and regulatory reviews; coordinate with legal and data-protection teams.
