bina is seeking a strategic FinOps Manager to architect the financial backbone of a fully remote, globally distributed school technology platform. You will build budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while piloting data-driven improvements across operations and family services.

Qualificações

• Experience in strategy/management consulting or equivalent
• Proven ability to deliver timely cross-functional financial and operational analytics
• Experience with financial and operational systems management and automation
• Strong data-driven mindset and analytical problem-solving
• Proactive in building scalable processes

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory requirements
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and monthly reviews
• Design and manage global dashboards for real-time performance visibility
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations with external service providers
• Establish and optimize processes with external accountants and payroll providers
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive growth across the organization
• Partner with teams to implement data-driven improvements in school operations
• Introduce automation to reduce manual work and increase accuracy
• Support strategic operational projects and KPI tracking
• Ensure compliance and accurate financial information for investors and leadership
