Evotym is seeking an AML Onboarding Manager to lead the full client onboarding lifecycle for international clients. This fully remote role collaborates with banks, payment providers, and financial partners to ensure compliant and efficient onboarding processes.

You will coordinate steps, prepare documentation, and drive timely activation while leveraging AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Proactive ownership is essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of onboarding B2B clients, underwriting, or compliance operations.
• Mandatory fintech/payments/PSP experience.
• Understanding of onboarding processes and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement to activation.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely execution of steps.
• Prepare and oversee documentation packages ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Liaise with banks, PSPs, and financial partners on onboarding matters.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Monitor application statuses and drive next steps to completion.
• Contribute to improvement of internal workflows and operations.
