Job summary

Air Liquide ALEBS in Lisbon is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and India from our Lisbon office.

You will partner with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, drive AI-enabled automation to streamline processes, and ensure timely hiring across multiple domains. Fluency in English and French is required, with Workday experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in international environments preferred.
• Fluent in English; French fluency required.
• Proficient in structured interviews and behavioral assessment.
• Ability to source and hire hard-to-find candidates internationally.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle across Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Healthcare, and more.
• Partner with the business; advise managers from brief to offer.
• Handle a portfolio of about 25 open positions and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate daily with colleagues from diverse countries and cultures.
