Assetara Limited is actively seeking a Talent Scout to act as headhunter and sales professional for a fully remote role. You will source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates across borders to contribute to Assetara's growth.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach, rigorous screening, and daily interviewing activity, with a base salary of $200 USD per month plus uncapped commissions, fully remote and flexible.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication with ability to handle objections professionally.
• Tech-savvy with Zoom, Google Meet and simple tracking sheets.
• English writing and speaking at basic to intermediate level.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing or recruitment a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Source potential candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, and international job boards.
• Initiate outreach and present Assetara's opportunity to candidates.
• Conduct 15–20 minute first-stage interviews via Zoom/Meet.
• Schedule 2–3 first-stage interviews daily depending on availability.
• Maintain candidate records and refer to Regional Manager for final interviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in communications.
