Avomind is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition professional to support the heart of our growth. You’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, source candidates across multiple channels, and screen for best-fit talent. You’ll coordinate interviews with Project Managers and Client Managers and guide clients on candidate market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
• Growth mindset and willingness to improve; team-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies with management to explore candidate opportunities.
• Conduct direct sourcing via channels like LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
• Screen candidates through calls to assess fit for roles.
• Coordinate interview logistics with Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advise on candidate landscape and trends to support client service quality.
• Own the candidate experience and build a strong reputation through it.
• Collaborate with the team to learn and grow within Avomind.

We're looking to grow our Talent Acquisition team, and we can't do it without you. This team is paramount to the success of Avomind, and you'll be supporting right at the heart of everything we do here - and how our business will be shaped for the future. • Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.
• Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray, etc.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them and assessing their fit for our roles.
• Manage interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on the candidate landscape and trends, to support a seamless service for our clients.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience - build your reputation through an excellent candidate experience.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment.
• You have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
