Next Job Abroad is seeking a Swedish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our remote, performance-driven team. This freelance role focuses on sourcing and headhunting candidates for roles abroad, with a strong emphasis on independence and results.

During the first three months you’ll have a paid onboarding and training period, then the role continues on a commission basis with unlimited earning potential. Expect to commit about 30–40 hours per week from anywhere.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Swedish (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
• Experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred).
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (LinkedIn and social media).
• Self-driven, organised and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Source and headhunt Swedish-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles.
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding.
