Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to manage recruitment projects remotely for multilingual roles across Europe. Native Italian and strong English required; agency recruitment experience preferred.

You will source, interview, and present candidates, building your own pipeline while working remotely as part of an international team. An onboarding period with paid training leads to uncapped commissions, with a 30-40 hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Italian and strong English skills.
• Experience in agency recruitment and full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to work remotely with self-motivation and independence.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Italian-speaking candidates for international roles.
• Recruit candidates in English for multilingual positions across Europe.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Present high-quality candidates to clients and manage pipelines.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with an international recruitment team and onboarding follow-up.
