Next Job Abroad is seeking a Swedish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our remote team. This role focuses on performance-driven recruitment projects with hands-on onboarding and ongoing support.

During the first three months, you’ll receive paid onboarding and training, then continue on a commission basis with uncapped earning potential. Expect around 30-40 hours per week and flexible remote work.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Swedish (native or near-native).
• Proficient in English for international communication.
• Experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred).
• Comfortable in a freelance, commission-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Source and headhunt Swedish-speaking candidates for roles abroad
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
