Job summary

Intermedia is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen the reliability of AI and analytics platforms and their data pipelines. You will partner with AI, data, product, and platform teams to build scalable, observable systems and dependable customer experiences.

You will run production environments supporting AI workloads, data processing, and analytics services, and automate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and production-readiness checks to reduce toil and improve reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
4-7 years of production operations or SRE/DevOps experience.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, Kubernetes, distributed systems.
Experience with data processing or analytics tech (Kafka, Spark, Airflow, dbt).
Ability to diagnose issues using metrics, logs, traces, data-quality checks.
Experience with CI/CD, DataOps or MLOps practices and controlled rollouts.

Responsibilities

Run and improve production environments for AI and analytics workloads.
Build automation for cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and model-serving infra.
Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs and error budgets for AI/analytics services.
Develop end-to-end observability linking metrics, logs and data signals.
Lead incident response and post-incident improvements for AI services.
Promote reliability through platform tooling and self-service automation.
