Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data engineering, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in production operations, SRE/DevOps, and distributed systems maintenance.
• Experience with cloud, containers, Kubernetes, and data/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve production environments supporting AI workloads and analytics services.
• Build automation to manage cloud infrastructure and data platforms.
• Define and measure SLIs/SLOs and error budgets for AI services.
• Establish end-to-end observability linking metrics, logs, and traces.
• Lead incident response and implement post-incident improvements.
