Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, availability, and scalability of our AI-powered PRP platform. You will bridge software development and operations, implementing automation, monitoring, and performance improvements to minimize downtime.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Hands-on with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with incident management, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go for automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems across cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain observability tools and dashboards.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and incident response.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for faster deployments.
• Work with development and DevOps to improve system design for reliability.
• Conduct RCAs and implement preventative measures.
• Ensure high availability with load balancing and disaster recovery.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
