Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist to own Google Ads strategy and hands-on execution across Search, Display, and Shopping, with responsibility for Local Services Ads. You will also coordinate Meta Ads and landing-page testing in a fast-paced agency setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in paid search, a data-driven mindset, and strong English communication. This fully remote role offers cross-account ownership and measurable growth for home services clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience with ownership of PPC strategy and execution.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).
• Direct experience managing Google Local Services Ads for local service businesses or clients.
• Proven ROAS improvement and lower cost per lead with measurable results.
• Strong PPC structure, bidding, budgeting, audience targeting and optimization.
• Data-driven decisions guided by outcomes rather than clicks/impressions.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Agency environment and multi-client management experience.
• Experience with home services PPC is highly valued; Meta Ads experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution across Search, Display and Shopping.
• Manage Google Local Services Ads budgets, bids, lead quality and compliance.
• Develop Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Structure campaigns and conduct rigorous A/B testing on copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets, bids and spend in real time to protect ROAS.
• Analyze the customer journey linking ads to qualified leads and bookings.
• Build performance reports for internal and client reviews.
• Collaborate on offers, landing pages and lead-follow-up processes.
• Apply local home services knowledge to seasonality and targeting; manage multiple client accounts.
