Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a remote, results-driven Google Ads strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts from setup through optimization. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, delivering updates, plans, and data-backed decisions with ownership of budgets from five thousand dollars per month to six figures monthly.

You will audit, optimize, and run both brand and non-brand campaigns, while owning the feed, tracking, and landing pages.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to measure and explain CPA and ROAS with concrete changes made.
• Strong client communication and direct accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC Google Ads accounts end to end.
• Directly manage client relationships and present results and plans.
• Audit accounts before touching campaigns and report findings via Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate streams and report separately.
• Understand PMax dynamics and optimize for incremental impact.
• Maintain control over feed, tracking, and creative assets.
