Jobgether SRL is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta) to own end-to-end paid acquisition for campaigns across multiple countries. This fully remote role involves audience research, creative testing, and AI-assisted reporting, with direct collaboration to shape acquisition strategy and optimize CAC.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition, experience managing at least $50k+ per month in Google Ads, and advanced English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete paid acquisition process from audience research to revenue reporting.
• Manage and scale Google Ads spend >$100,000 per month (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube).
• Build Meta advertising from scratch with testing frameworks.
• Research customer insights to inform messaging and creative opportunities.
• Produce AI-driven creatives and coordinate with designers as needed.
• Set budgets and targets based on unit economics (margin, AOV, LTV, payback).
• Design structured experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Verify conversions across GA4, GTM, and Conversion API; address data issues.
• Manage freelancers/agencies for performance needs; brief and monitor deliverables.
• Propose and test new paid channels with defined budgets and success criteria.
• Provide weekly performance reporting on spend, new customers, CAC, revenue by channel.
