Sovos is hiring a Senior HROps Specialist to own payroll and HR operations across Europe, with strong emphasis on French payroll. The role requires deep knowledge of European employment law, GDPR, and scalable processes across multiple jurisdictions.

You will drive data integrity and support onboarding, offboarding, and compliance initiatives. You will leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks while maintaining auditability and accuracy, partnering with ADP and regional vendors to ensure

Qualifikationen

• Experience across multiple European countries with payroll and HR administration.
• Hands-on with French HR operations including DSN and URSSAF.
• Knowledge of GDPR and operational HR data handling requirements.
• Proficient with international HRIS/payroll platforms and ensuring data integrity.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end payroll administration for European countries with vendors.
• Manage French payroll inputs and validation (DSN, URSSAF, social charges).
• Maintain payroll accuracy and audit readiness; collaborate with Finance on data integrity.
• Maintain employee data in ADP WorkforceNow for European employees across lifecycle.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including French DPAE filings and contract types.
• Lead operational compliance for employment law across European jurisdictions.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI to improve payroll and lifecycle processes.
