Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Senior HROps Specialist to own day-to-day HR operations across Europe, with a focus on French payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires deep knowledge of European employment law and scalable processes across multiple jurisdictions.

You will manage end-to-end payroll with ADP Celergo, ensure 99.9% payroll accuracy, and lead data integrity across ADP platforms while driving AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR operations across multiple European countries.
• Hands-on French payroll operations incl. DSN, URSSAF, and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of GDPR and regulatory HR obligations across Europe.
• Experience with international HRIS/payroll platforms (ADP Celergo preferred).
• Attention to data integrity and audit readiness for payroll and HR records.
• Ability to drive automation in payroll and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll administration for assigned European countries with ADP Celergo support.
• Manage French payroll inputs and validation including DSN submissions and social charges.
• Maintain payroll accuracy above 99.9% with full-cycle documentation and audits.
• Maintain employee data integrity in ADP WorkforceNow across Europe.
• Support benefits programs across active European countries and renewals.
• Lead operational compliance for employment law across European jurisdictions (GDPR, reporting).
• Monitor regulatory changes and update HR documentation and processes accordingly.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for European employees (DPAE, CDI/CDD, rupture conventionnelle).
• Leverage AI tools to automate payroll and lifecycle processes while preserving auditability.
