SOFICO, based in Porto, is seeking an HR Officer to drive people operations and employee experience across our international team. You will own recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and health & safety, while ensuring compliance with local labour law.

You will collaborate with teams across Europe, coordinate tech visas, and help foster a supportive culture with onboarding coaching and engaging programs.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of Portuguese labour law.
• Knowledge of Tech Visa processes and Health & Safety regulations is a plus.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Greenhouse is a big plus).
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Find and hire great people through sourcing, interviewing, offers, and candidate experience.
• Support employees from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage HR administration, maintain employee records, coordinate benefits, ensure compliance.
• Coordinate Tech Visa and immigration processes for international workforce.
• Support Health & Safety initiatives and maintain required documentation.
• Help strengthen culture with employee engagement, events, and workplace projects.
