Job summary

CapsLock, a dynamic marketing company providing IT-enabled solutions, is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to drive growth through data-driven experimentation. You’ll develop new funnels, research markets, generate hypotheses, and lead CRO initiatives alongside Creative, Analytics, and IT teams to deliver measurable results.

You’ll use AI to enhance research and decision-making, plan A/B roadmaps, and translate insights into scalable strategies for North American partners across Home

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, CRO, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and landing page optimization.
• Experience planning and evaluating A/B tests.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research for clients.
• Develop new landing page concepts and marketing funnels.
• Plan, prioritize and document CRO hypotheses.
• Plan and manage A/B testing roadmaps across multiple clients.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Video Producers, IT, and Media Buyers.
