Paradox invites a hands-on Growth & CRO specialist to join our fully remote, full-time team. You will dissect funnels, rebuild for conversions, and ship experiments end-to-end—from headlines to landing pages and AI-assisted assets.

You'll work with Claude Code daily, use n8n/Make for automation, map journeys in Webflow, and relentlessly hunt friction. Data literacy and rapid execution are essential in our fast-moving startup.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in growth, CRO or performance marketing, SaaS or digital products.
• Show what you built: tests, landing pages, automations, audiences.
• Experience using AI daily to solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Build & ship CRO & A/B tests; design, launch, analyze headlines, pricing, offers.
• AI leverage with Claude Code and lightweight automation (n8n/Make); build prompts, creatives, tools.
• Build funnels & assets: landing pages in Webflow, automations, tracking setup, ensure the machine works before scaling.
• Hunt friction: audit journeys, fix issues, ship tests immediately.
• Read the data: GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity; identify insights, kill vanity metrics.
• Contribute to channels & growth loops: test new acquisition angles, optimize growth loops, brief the Content Factory.
