Job summary

AdConversion is building a CRO practice from the ground up. This founding CRO Project Manager will sit at the center of client programs, coordinating strategy, copy, design, development, analytics, and marketing to keep experiments moving from idea to learning.

You’ll lead onboarding, kickoff, access approvals, recurring CRO calls, and clear resultados so clients always understand what’s live, what’s being built, and what’s next. This role is remote and foundational.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized and proactive in identifying blockers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing work.
• Comfortable leading client calls and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary CRO client point of contact and lead onboarding.
• Own the CRO pipeline calendar, prioritization, and experiment readiness.
• Coordinate across strategy, copy, design, development, analytics, and marketing.
• Maintain continuous movement from idea to learning for tests.
• Build and optimize CRO operating system components (onboarding, roadmaps, SOPs).
