Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a client to hire a CRO Executive based in Portugal. The role combines analytics, experimentation, project coordination, client communication, and strategic thinking as you support senior consultants and progressively lead initiatives.

You will develop optimization roadmaps, participate in client meetings, and translate insights into measurable improvements, with a clear path toward owning accounts and strategic direction in ecommerce optimization.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication required.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
• Analytical skills to turn data into recommendations.
• Experience with Shopify.
• GA4 or similar analytics experience.
• Familiar with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Interest in Ecommerce and CRO.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating across strategy, design, development, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand client goals and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics and research.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations with impact.
• Prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact and effort.
• Choose approaches: A/B tests, design changes, or development work.
• Own initiatives from briefing to launch and review.
• Coordinate briefs across CRO, design, and development teams.
• Lead client meetings and communicate priorities and results.
• Develop toward ownership of client accounts.
• Document learnings to strengthen future recommendations.
