isEazy, a leading provider of corporate e-learning solutions, seeks a Sales Development Representative to drive expansion in Portugal. You will design campaigns, research the Portuguese market, and outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as an SDR in SaaS, fluent Portuguese, and strong English communication, with Spanish language ability a plus. Remote work across Portugal/Spain with potential Madrid office option.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as an SDR in SaaS or similar roles.
• Fluent Portuguese (C2) with professional communication.
• Conversational Spanish; strong collaboration with internal teams.
• Advanced English (B2/C1) for internal and client communication.
• Proven ability in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute inbound and outbound sales campaigns to generate interest and qualified leads.
• Research the Portuguese market and identify new business opportunities.
• Reach out via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with prospects to understand needs and create opportunities.
• Qualify leads before passing to Key Account Managers / Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Market Research teams.
