ScholarshipOwl is seeking a gritty, resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive fresh pipeline for our B2B products. You will relentlessly prospect, qualify, and hand off high-intent meetings to Account Executives, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities across fintech, higher ed, gaming, and consumer sectors.

You’ll thrive on building targeted lists, crafting punchy outreach, and handling rejection with momentum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound SDR/BDR experience targeting US companies with quota.
• Solid written English and concise communication for outreach.
• Ability to run structured outreach sequences independently.
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Resilient in handling rejection and maintaining momentum.
• Proven track record of booking meetings over time without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted account and contact lists using Clay, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
• Execute multi-channel outreach via email, DMs, video, and calls.
• Craft hyper-personalized messages based on buyer personas.
• Use SPICED framework to qualify leads before handing to AEs.
• Document thorough SDR-to-AE handoff notes for demos.
• Maintain clean CRM data and track weekly KPIs.
