Qualifications

• English and Spanish fluency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Sales Development or Business Development.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools (Salesloft, Apollo, Salesforce).
• Results‑oriented mindset with ability to learn in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and multiple channels.
• Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, understand needs, tailor solutions.
• Present payment solutions and value proposition to potential clients.
• Collaborate with product/technical teams to tailor solutions per client.
• Execute on sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and manage pipelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure transparent communication within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor moves to stay relevant.
