Job summary

Yuno is seeking a Sales Development Representative to unlock new merchant opportunities across industries and markets. This remote role, based in Europe, focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying merchant prospects while building meaningful relationships to fuel long-term growth.

You’ll move quickly, understand local business contexts, and tailor approaches to each prospect. A passion for sales and adaptability in a fast-paced fintech startup are essential.

Qualifications

• English fluency and Spanish fluency are mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development.
• Strong passion for sales and building relationships.
• CRM familiarity with Salesloft, Apollo and Salesforce is a plus.
• Results‑oriented mindset with drive to hit targets and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through research, networking and referrals.
• Initiate and maintain communication with prospects and tailor solutions.
• Present payment solutions and communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate with product/tech teams to tailor solutions.
• Execute sales strategies and manage pipelines to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor moves.
