Job summary

The ASSA ABLOY Group is hiring a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant with a focus on Employee Central to design, implement, and optimise our HR tech landscape. This remote role bridges HR stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.

You will lead architecture, data models, integrations, and governance across the HR tech stack, participating in release planning and workshops with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• SAP Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central Core.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central data models and workflows.
• Experience with integration patterns (APIs, CPI/BTP, Boomi).
• GDPR/data privacy in HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Advise on standard vs. custom functionality and produce design docs.
• Configure Employee Central and support data migration activities.
• Define integration architecture and ensure data quality and governance.
• Run workshops, gather requirements, and support release planning.
