EY's Technology Consulting in Lisbon seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors EC Performance & Goals. You will contribute to SAP-related engagements, helping clients transform HR processes and maximize performance, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.

You will work across modules, manage client requirements, support test cycles, and participate in sales activity.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, IT, business or related field.
• 2–6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, esp. EC, Recruiting, PMGM and/or LMS.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Payroll PMGM certification.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions across client environments.
• Architect integrations between SuccessFactors and client landscapes.
• Lead test cycles and rollout support.
• Gather customer requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to sales and presales activities.
• Manage work against project plans to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices and HR processes.
