Our client, a global consulting leader (Big Four), is expanding its SAP practice and looking for an experienced professional to lead SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals projects, ensuring excellence in delivery and innovation.

You’ll manage high-impact implementations, guide clients through digital HR transformation, and deliver solutions that optimize performance and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals implementation projects.
• Define solution architecture and align with client requirements.
• Conduct workshops and coordinate with global teams.
• Configure and develop SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals solutions.
• Manage test cycles, rollouts, and ensure quality delivery.
• Provide strategic advice and best practices to clients.
• Support presales activities and contribute to business development.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants within the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP projects, with a focus on Performance and Goals.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification (Performance and Goals) is highly valued.
