Ernst & Young (EY) is seeking a Manager with SAP SuccessFactors expertise to lead end-to-end transformation and implementation programmes for HR functions. You will work with senior business and HR stakeholders to design and deploy cloud-based HR solutions, contribute to EY’s SAP practice, and drive client value through delivery leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation programmes, from strategy and design through deployment and hypercare.
• Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, budget control and timeline adherence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead workshops to define HR operating models, business requirements and future-state processes.
• Drive solution design across the SAP SuccessFactors suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Oversee integration, testing, data migration, change management and deployment activities.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and governance forums.
• Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations and market initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of EY methodologies, assets and thought leadership in the SAP HCM and HR Transformation space.
