Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant focused on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central (EC). You will support payroll processes, configure systems, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR master data, and payroll lifecycle activities.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, production support, and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting payroll runs, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payments, and year-end activities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management to collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and a good understanding of Employee Central (EC). The role involves supporting payroll processes, system configuration, issue resolution, and continuous improvements while working closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

You’ll be focused in

• Supporting and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions
• Managing payroll configuration, payroll rules, schemas, wage types, and payroll-related processes
• Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies
• Investigating and resolving payroll-related incidents, issues, and process deviations
• Collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external partners to deliver payroll solutions
• Participating in system enhancements, testing activities, data validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Challenging and translating business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions and configurations

In order to succeed, you’ll need

• At least 3/4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR master data, and payroll lifecycle activities
• Experience in system configuration, testing, production support, and issue resolution
• Experience supporting payroll runs, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payments, and year-end activities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
• Experience working in support and project environmentsStrong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP certification.
• Experience in multinational payroll environments.
• Knowledge of integrations and SAP HR ecosystem.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
