As an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant, you will liaise with HR users, product and AMS teams, coordinate changes, ensure SAP standards, and support migration projects.

• Master’s degree and SAP ecosystem exposure, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.

• Functional/techno-functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors across modules.
• Familiar with SAP ecosystem and integration with other HRIS solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Interface between HR users, Product/Tech teams, AMS teams, integrators and vendor while meeting service commitments.
• Advise users on solutions, respecting product standards.
• Ensure compliance with SAP SuccessFactors standards and maintainability.
• Maintain technical/functional consistency of the SAP HR ecosystem and integrations.
• Coordinate, prioritize and monitor enhancement requests and incidents.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors AMS activities to ensure smooth delivery.
• Liaise with SAP and partners and manage relationships.
• Provide user support on SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Support migration or deployment projects across SAP SuccessFactors components.

You will work with our key account clients on projects involving the evolution of existing SAP solutions or transformation/migration to SAP SuccessFactors, across one or several of the following phases:

• Definition of the target solution and gap analysis;
• Review of existing HR processes and functional scoping;
• Support for solution design and functional specification writing;
• Monitoring and coordination of configuration and integrations;
• Change management and user adoption support;
• Deployment assistance;
• Functional support to help users master the tools.

More specifically, as an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant, your mission will be to provide the necessary support to all stakeholders in order to manage workstreams related to SAP SuccessFactors platforms for our clients. Your main responsibilities may include:

• Acting as the interface between HR business users, Product / Tech teams, AMS teams, integrators and the software vendor, while ensuring compliance with agreed service commitments;
• Proactively advising users on the solutions to be implemented, while respecting the product standard;
• Ensuring compliance with SAP SuccessFactors standards and long-term maintainability (limiting custom developments, leveraging SAP best practices whenever possible, and ensuring ongoing documentation of changes);
• Ensuring the technical and functional consistency of the SAP HR ecosystem, as well as internal and third-party information systems;
• Coordinating, prioritizing and monitoring enhancement requests in order to deliver value to users;
• Coordinating, prioritizing and monitoring the backlog of incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance by AMS and Support teams;
• Managing SAP SuccessFactors AMS activities to ensure smooth delivery in line with commitments;
• Managing the relationship with SAP and the various partners involved;
• Providing user support on one or several SAP SuccessFactors modules;
• Supporting clients in migration or deployment projects across the various components of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.

Your profile:

• You hold a Master’s degree (engineering school, business school, or university) and have completed training and/or gained at least initial experience within the SAP ecosystem, ideally on SAP SuccessFactors.
• You are open-minded, have excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• You have a genuine interest in information systems, especially digital HR solutions and SAP solutions:
• You have functional and possibly techno-functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors across one or several modules;
• You are familiar with the SAP ecosystem, especially integration topics involving other HRIS solutions and ideally SAP HCM / S/4HANA / SAP BTP / SAP Fiori;
• You have a solid understanding of HR processes such as core HR administration, recruiting, performance management, compensation, learning, or talent management;
• You are able to work autonomously;
• You enjoy teamwork and rely on your strong interpersonal skills to maintain a collaborative and positive working environment;
• Pragmatic and results-oriented, you show determination in driving topics through to completion;
• You are familiar with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.);
• You have a good command of English, enabling you to work with our international key account clients;
• Your curiosity, service mindset and listening skills are essential assets for succeeding in this role.
